The marketing website includes both unique and templatized landing pages, company information, support resources, and more

End-to-end checkout flows streamline the order or quote placement process, from account access, to service selections and payment. The flow was tested and refined to optimize the UX and conversions.

Translation and quote order flows show clear progress and immediate feedback to users. New features, like transparency for word count calculations, were also incorporated.

The order confirmation page shows documents, payment details, and clear status updates. The layout packs a lot of information and additional options in a structure that is easy to scan, and adapts depending on the order content and status.

Responsive layouts make it easy to find all of the order or quote information across devices

Moving to using carefully selected photos for the 100+ unique landing pages gave the website a more elevated, real-world feel

The updated branding is carried across the full user journey, including physical documents

Timesheets bring an essential resource management workflow natively into the platform so that users can more efficiently track and view their time on tasks as each week progresses

From the page, users can add and edit time entries, track entry-specific details like billable status and tags, monitor their progress and capacity, and submit weekly for approval. Interactions and components were optimized for ease and consistency across the platform.
