RushTranslate provides fast, professional human translation services to individuals and businesses around the world. After a decade with their original website, the brand had outgrown its digital presence—the site felt dated, and the company needed a brand and digital experience that captured their expanded services and evolution into a premium translation provider.
I led a comprehensive brand and website redesign, transforming their entire customer experience from first impression through order completion. The result is a polished, cohesive, conversion-improving experience that strengthened customer confidence and better communicated their reliability, quality of service and global reach.

Brand strategy & design: Capturing trust, quality, and speed
We kicked off with a brand strategy workshop to define RushTranslate's core mission, vision, and position in the industry. From there, I developed a polished, trustworthy visual identity and redesigned their full customer journey—from marketing site to checkout, order tracking, and account dashboards.
A system built to scale
With hundreds of templatized pages and an end-to-end customer flow, making the designs scalable, clear, and easy to navigate was key. I created a complete design system and component library that blended consistent, responsive patterns with flexibility for varying content and functionality. Reusable sections and tokens enable consistency across different pages while still allowing for the unique content needs of each page.
A streamlined customer experience, from pre- to post-purchase
The website is content-forward; clear headings, hierarchy, and navigation make details easy to scan. CTAs, service information, and support are placed relevantly, and additional information disclosed progressively so that users can find what they need to know at each stage of conversion. We tested and optimized the checkout flow, streamlined account creation, and ensured smooth navigation and status updates from pre- to post-purchase.
