ClickUp is an all-in-one productivity platform that brings tasks, docs, time tracking, and other work management features together in one digital product.
My work focused on expanding the time and resource management capabilities of the product, and integrating them seamlessly into existing features and workflows. Specifically, I led the design of ClickUp's new timesheet views and approval workflow features—tools that replaced external dependencies, helped teams better understand and manage their time across projects including support for various roles and permission levels, and provided a well-integrated, clear way for teams to access visible and accurate time tracking data.
I grounded my process in user research (including direct customer feedback, user testing, customer interviews, beta testing, product analytics, and internal team testing), and collaborated with product, engineering, and design team members to balance tech constraints, business priorities, and customer needs. We released improvements iteratively to get high priority updates out the door quickly and building from there.
Additionally, I designed and delivered new features across other product areas, scoped UI updates, and contributed to cross-team design initiatives.
